Who We Are

IMMVAC INC. was founded in 1983, primarily to commercialize novel technology developed by Dr. Ronald F. Sprouse, Professor of Pathology, at the University of Missouri School of Medicine.

Located in Columbia, Missouri, IMMVAC, Inc. manufactures vaccines and serums for production and companion animals to aid in the protection and treatment of virtually all gram-negative bacteria. IMMVAC products are based on two exclusively-owned core technologies:

1. a patented genetically-engineered gram-negative mutant Bacterin, Re 17, which is comprised of the universal core antigen common to all gram-negative bacteria; and
2. a patented immunopotentiator, E3, which stimulates production of B- and T-lymphocytes, thereby enhancing an animal’s overall immunity to disease.
